Helen Rebecca Turner, 82, Cave City, died Thursday, July 15, 2010, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Roger and Vada Estes Parker and wife of the late Denton C. Turner. She was a faithful member of Basil Chapel Church, a homemaker and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons, Phil Turner (Carolyn) of Glasgow and Jeff Turner (Kim) of Cave City; two daughters, Wanda Doyle (Phillip) and Bonnie Edwards (Mark) both of Cave City; 7 grandchildren, Kym Fogle (Mike), Jay Turner (Courtney), Joey Turner (Gina), Brad Edwards (Ashley), Jamie Edwards, Whitney and Weston Turner; 9 great-grandchildren, Kalen, Yasmean and Mikiya Fogle, Bella Grace, Lilly, Jack and Wyatt Turner, Kaylee Turner and Jackson Edwards; one brother, Wood Parker (Barbara) of Glasgow; one sister, Ada Branstetter of Glasgow; two nieces, Donna Jeffries and Lee Ann Ruth; one nephew, Mike Branstetter. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Johnny Branstetter and Cecil Eugene Turner. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
