Net
Denton general notes: {There were only two Denton's found
listed in the 1910 Hart County Census. The Census was translated from
Mircrofilm that was very hard to read. I think that this will prove
to actually be James I. And Ellen Denton and not James and Alison.
Also note the ages and years married&ldots;&ldots;..they are almost
identical to the 1900 Adair Co Census. This needs much more research,
and we will have to look at the actual Microfilm of the 1910 Hart Co
Census to be sure of listings, but as there were only two
Denton's in this area at this time and the other listing is a known
son of James I and Ellen Denton, and that James and Ellen Denton's
youngest son was named William A., it is to be assumed that the
Willie A. listed above is in fact William A. Denton - See 1920 Census
for info on William A. Denton and family.} |
