William E. (Eddie) Puckett age 87 of Horse Cave passed away 1:45 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2008 at the Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave. He was a Hart county native, retired employee of Green River Valley Water District, avid square dancer, member of the Cave City Christian Church, former 10 year member of both the Horse Cave Volunteer Fire Dept. and Cave City Volunteer Fire Dept. He was preceded in death by his parents Walton and Nancy Huff Puckett, a son, Harold Puckett, a granddaughter, Alicia Doan, 3 brothers, Homer, Carroll, Herbert Puckett and 1 sister, Mae Morrison.

Survivors Include wife: Georgia Puckett of Horse Cave son: David Puckett & wife Deborah of Horse Cave granddaughter: Michelle Puckett of Glasgow 4 great-grandchildren 3 brothers: Johnny Puckett of Horse Cave Leon Puckett of Indiana James Puckett of Indiana 1 sister: Mary Sturgeon of Horse Cave several nieces, nephews & cousins

Funeral Service Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 27, 2008 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.

Visitation Information Visitation 2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 8:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
