Connie Jo Clark Green age 44 of Horse Cave passed away at 5:35 a.m. Friday Septemeber 3, 2010 at the Hart County Health Care Center. She was a Hart County native, a Homemaker and a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Gayle Clark, One Brother, John Clark and One Son, Travis Adam Green.
She is survived by:

Jeremy Green & wife Melissa of Glasgow
Tyler Clark of Glasgow
Two Grandchildren: Jeremy Green, Jr. and Summer Ann Green both of Glasgow.
Her Father and Step-Mother, Ronald & Frances Clark of Horse Cave
One Sister, Kathy Clark of Horse Cave
One Brother, Brad Clark of Louisville
One Niece and One Nephew and Several Cousins also survive.
