Tuesday, August 31, 2004 Mildred Holman Dickinson GLASGOW - Funeral services for Mildred Holman Dickinson will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Mrs. Dickinson died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at NHC Health Care Center. She was 91. Born in Beckton, on Sept. 19, 1912, she graduated Glasgow High School and married Dr. John Dickinson on Oct. 28, 1938. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Glasgow. Survivors include three daughters: Martha Dickinson of Ellsworth, Maine, Ann Beal of Chatham, Va., and Joan Walker of Durham, N.C.; one son-in-law, Henry Walker; four grandchildren: Aaron Walker of St. Paul, Minn., Jonathan Beal of Washington, D.C., Ike Walker of Acton, Mass., and Madeline Beal of Berkeley, Calif.; one granddaughter-in-law, Liz Walker; one sister-in-law, Anna Holman; one brother-in-law, Dr. Lewis Dickinson; numerous nephews, nieces and their children and grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
