Harley Reagan Carter, 12, of Bardstown, KY passed away Tuesday, December 23rd, at Kosair's Children Hospital in Louisville, KY. Regan was born in Honolulu, HI on March 3, 2002, a daughter of Melanie (Isenberg) Hack and Jimmy Carter. She was a 7th grader at Bardstown Middle School. Her spunky personailty made a lot friends during her life. She was not only a loving friend but a caring sibling as well. She enjoyed being around all animals. Every animal that she had was named after some type of food. This was because of her love of food. She liked to read, be in the water, using her electronics, being on her 4 wheeler/ATV, and she also had a love for arts and crafts. Her last gift to others was being a organ donor. Reagan is survived by her mother and step father, Melanie and Billy Hack of Bardstown; her father and step mother, Jimmy and Amanda Carter of Tompkinsville; grandparents, Teresa Isenberg of Bardstown, KY; Roger and Nancy Isenberg of Austin, KY; Chola Davis of Celina, TN. Step grandparents, Tom and Mickey Hack of Celelia, KY, and Jr. and Delma Smith of Tompkinsville, KY. and Betty Jean Carter of Tompkinsville, KY. One sister, Zoey Hack of Bardstown, KY, step sisters; Sarah Hack and Sheryl Hack of Elizabethtown, KY. One brother, Colton Carter of Tompkinsville, KY and step brother Tyler Hack of Bardstown, KY. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, James Herman Carter. Funeral services will be held at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 28th, with Gary Emberton officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Visitation is Saturday after 12 noon and Sunday from 6:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
