Clinton Isenberg, 78, New Ross, died Friday at Witham Hospital, Lebanon. Born March 2, 1924 in Emberton, Ky., he was the son of Harl and Wealthie (Gerald) Isenberg. He was a timber buyer for Indiana Veneer and Kentucky Veneer and had been a logger for 35 years. On Nov. 24, 1942 at Indianapolis, he married the former Geraldine Cunningham, and she survives. Also surviving are three sons, Dan Isenberg, Lafayette, Van ("Bill") Isenberg, Indianapolis, and Mark Isen-berg, New Market; a daughter, Elaine Neff, Lebanon; three brothers; two sisters; nine grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown. Rev. Layton Sparks will officiate. Burial will be in New Ross Cemetery. Visitation is set for 4-8 p.m. Monday.
