Noah Joel Isenberg, age 89, Horse Cave, died Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Hart County Health Care Center. He was a member of the Horse Cave Church of Christ and a retired loading dock laborer.  

He is survived by two sons, James Isenberg, McDonough, Georgia and Dennis Isenberg, Pflugerville, Texas; a sister, Kathryn Short of Horse Cave.  Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren also surviving. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Cora Garrison Isenberg and his wife, Effie Fay Reynolds Isenberg.

Funeral services for Noah Joel Isenberg will be held at 10AM Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel with burial in the Cave City Cemetery.  Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday, March 18,2008 and after 9 AM Wednesday until time of services.

CAVE CITY — Noah Joel Isenberg, 89, of Horse Cave died March 15, 2008,
at a Horse Cave nursing home.

The Barren County native was a member of Horse Cave Church of Christ and
a retired loading dock laborer. He was a son of the late James and Cora
Garrison Isenberg and the husband of the late Effie Fay Reynolds Isenberg.

Funeral is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, with burial
in Cave City Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today and
begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include two sons, James Isenberg of McDonough, Ga., and Dennis
Isenberg of Pflugerville, Texas; a sister, Kathryn Short of Horse Cave;
five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
