BROWNSVILLE — Bro. Jackie Logsdon, 61, of Clarkson died at 4:10 p.m.

April 28, 2004, at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. The Grayson County native was a Baptist minister, a farmer and pastor of Cherry Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Hart County and Anneta United Baptist Church in Grayson County. He was a son of the late Russell Logsdon and Love Logsdon. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Broadford Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Patton Funeral
Home, Brownsville chapel, and will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.


Survivors include his wife, Verna Logsdon; a daughter, Judy Taylor and her husband, Reed, of Mammoth Cave; three sons, Danny Logsdon and his wife, Saundra, Darrell Logsdon and Matt Logsdon, all of Clarkson; three sisters, Bernice Nelson, Rocky Willis and Jill Webb, all of Clarkson; three brothers, Lloyd Logsdon of Cecilia, Bobby
Logsdon of Clarkson and Leroy Logsdon of Elizabethtown; and five grandchildren, Jeremy Taylor of Mammoth Cave, Courtney Logsdon of Clarkson, Ashley Logsdon and Logan Logsdon, both of Caneyville, and Hailey Logsdon of Leitchfield.
