This is the old county farm cemetery. It was at this location until probably January, 1917. In October, 1916 the Barren County Fiscal court exchanged the “poor farm” four miles from town for what is known as the Waller farm, two miles out the Fountain Run road (Court order, Oct. 1916). This one was located on what is now the Willie Groce road, about halfway between the Roseville road and Hwy 63. The farm is now owned by Roger Payne. We visited this twice, and both times found only two marked stones, but many field stones.
