RICHARDSVILLE, KENTUCKY
Located 9 miles north of Bowling Green on a high hill in Richardsville, Warren Co., KY above the intersection of Threlkel Ferry Road and Lodge Hall Road.  Cynthia Duckett Taulbee states there were 1,100 graves found in the fall of 2000 in this cemetery.

The Rev. John H. Harrod 1812-1895 (gr-gr-grandfather of Edith Bastin) is buried in this cemetery beside his third wife, Martha J. Runner.  Edith descends from Rev. John H. Harrod and his second wife, Catherine Green Orange who could possibly be buried in an unmarked grave next to John H. Harrod.  John H. Harrod was a Methodist Circuit Riding Minister and probably held revivals at this church and could possibly have been pastor of this church.  In an affidavit for a widow's pension, Martha J. (Runner) Harrod gave the death date of Catharine (Orange) Harrod as 6 October 1867.  After Catharine (Orange) Harrod died, John re-married within 5 weeks to Miss Martha J. Runner on 21 November 1867 in Warren County, Ky. They were married by Thomas Bottomley.  A copy of the marriage document of John H. Harrod to Martha J. Runner was in the pension file.
